Privacy Policy

We do not run ads, analytics, or tracking cookies, and we never sell your information. The only time we handle any personal details is when you choose to send us a message or a guesthouse booking request, and we explain exactly how that works below.

When you fill in the contact form or the guesthouse booking request and hit send, the details you enter are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-to-email service that passes your message along to our inbox. Web3Forms sends everything over an encrypted connection, holds it only briefly before deleting it, and does not sell or share it. You can read their privacy policy for the details.

We use what you send only to reply and help you, and we keep those emails in our inbox so we can follow up. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your details with anyone else.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a small security cookie and keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to serve the site quickly and protect it from abuse. That is standard for any website and is not used to identify you personally.

Our site links out to a few outside services, including Google Maps for directions, Facebook, Instagram, and our Airbnb listing. Once you click through, you are on their website and their own privacy policies apply. We do not control those services.

Since the only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us through our forms or by email, you can ask us at any time to see what we have, correct it, or delete it. Just email frogpeakcafe@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we ever change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
